1. Use the contact us form to send us details of the items you want to buy including the ebay item number as well as your maximum bid. Please also include the colour (if choices available), size and finally the full address you'd like the items shipped to.
2. We will then send you a quote for the total cost of our service including our service charge, the purchase cost of the item and shipping to your chosen address. Please note that at this stage our shipping quote is an estimation and is subject to change should the actual weight and dimensions of the items differ on receipt by us.
3. If you accept the quote, we will send you a Paypal invoice for the total amount of the quote. Please note that when using our ebay Bidding Service, £4.00 of our service charge is non-refundable. If we are unsuccessful in our bid for your item, we will refund the amound you have paid us, less £4.00.
4. If we are successful in our bid for your chosen items, when we receive them at our address, we will confirm receipt and forward the items to your address by your chosen delivery method. If upon receipt the delivery charge needs to be re-calculated, we will let you know.
